I will be linking up to The Lettered Cottage tomorrow to share my Fall mantle, be sure to check out Layla’s blog to see all the other inspiration.
Happy for a change of scenery on the mantle, however having your house on the market sucks for redecorating. I went with something simple. Usually this time of year is when I start going wild with Halloween decor, it’s my favorite Holiday! I typically do a Halloween mantel in late September and then a Fall mantel right after Halloween. I decided to some simple accessorizing with pumpkins for Fall and add a few spiders for Halloween fun for now. Here it is…
This set up with the vases is the same as my Summer mantel so this was a quick change. I just filled them with moss, added a little pumpkin and then a few spiders. When Halloween is over I’ll just take the spiders down.
I picked up this cute little owl candle at TJ Maxx this weekend and had hoped to use him on the mantle but he just didn’t fit in so he is on a chest in my living room. There were two in a pack and I thought they were super cute for Halloween.
I used up the rest of my pumpkins on a small tray on the dining room table to pull the two rooms together a bit. Very Simple.
Don’t forget to check out the Link Party at TLC.

ReplyDeleteIf you love apothecary jars as much as I do we should start a support group...lol! I have way too many!
ReplyDelete@the cape on the corner...those chairs came from Target very inexpensive and they add a nice pop of color.
i love your apothecary jars! WHERE DID YOU GET THEM?? paleblueapron@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteThe skinny one came from HomeGoods and the circular one was a Goodwill find, it has the most beautiful shape to the lid. And the vase came from Pottery Barn as a gift. Thanks for visiting!
